WHAT IT DOES
Everything you expect from a fire department records system, plus the part most of them leave out: running the call itself, with every crew accounted for.
The report writes itself from what happened on the call. Sends to NERIS, keeps the Minnesota one-week fire report on time, and logs calls after the fact.
Occupancy, construction, sprinklers, FDC, alarm panel, Knox box, utility shutoffs, key holder, hazards, floor plans and photos. The right pre-plan opens on the call when the address matches.
Hydrants, dry hydrants and draft sites as real records, in or out of service, with tanker shuttle capacity for the departments that haul their water.
Checks run from a phone in the bay. Every item has to be marked, and a failed item opens a deficiency with a photo. Registration, inspection, pump test and service dates come due on their own.
Dated equipment, SCBA bottles and the EMS bags and cabinets: counts, restock lists and anything about to expire.
Who is on the department, what each member may see and do, and whose license or certification is about to lapse — before the state asks.
Log a drill once and everyone who was there gets the hours. In-house and outside courses in one place, who is short this year, ready for state filing.

When the Weather Service warns, spotters go to their posts and every report lands on one map beside the radar and the warnings.
Members who choose to share show on the map while they respond — only where they are, no speed, no trail, gone when the call ends. Share the running call with mutual aid by QR code, view only.
IN DEVELOPMENT
A full search and rescue module on the same board and the same offline maps: search segments, teams with check-ins, house-by-house searches, ICS 204 and 211 assignments, and coverage worked out from each searcher's GPS track. Ask about it on the call with ValkFire.
